My career started in 2017 on the phones at Teletech, helping customers of a US telecom account by chat, phone and email. If you've ever explained a phone bill to someone who is very, very upset, you learn patience fast. Two years later I moved to ECE Enterprises Manila, sorting out billing, accounts and payment plans for US fintech, healthcare and retail clients.
In 2020 I went remote and never looked back. I supported clients as an admin assistant, then as a podcast assistant producer. At Key Learning LLC I started as the CEO's executive assistant and kept collecting responsibilities: HR, payroll, bookkeeping, and the e-learning projects nobody else had room for, including courses for Wella.
From 2025 to 2026 I managed full book production at Authors On Mission, herding manuscripts from first draft to Kindle, ePub, audiobook and print. These days I also run social media for two clients, Decide and Convene Lab.
Somewhere in the middle of all that I earned my BS in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
